The Challenge

Transmission assemblies and components flow between warehouse and production areas in constant motion. Manual identification using barcode labels and visual checks made it difficult to confirm whether the right part was picked from the correct storage slot. The Solution

MingQ introduced an RFID Shelf-Level Kitting and Feeding Management System built around the RFly-I100 Compact Integrated RFID Reader, designed to convert traditional shelving into active, sensor-enabled infrastructure.
